Should you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@yoochijewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your name, proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the item. We reserve the right to refuse any requests for a return, exchange, or repair based on our assessment.
For YOOCHI items purchased from other retailers, please refer to the policies of the respective retailer. We cannot accept responsibility for items bought from external sellers.
