You can return purchases within 5 days of receiving them. Please note that we do not compensate for the shipping cost in case where the return is not due to our fault.

How to return products by courier

• Contact us by email at hello@yoochijewelry.com describing the reason of your return.
• Please make sure that the products have no signs of wear. If they do, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.
• Pack the products in the original packaging and transport box, and hand them over to the courier. Ensure that the packaging is adequate. If the products arrive broken, you will lose the right to return them.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the products.
